To place an order: 1) Search for your medicine or product. 2) Add it to cart. 3) Upload your prescription if required. 4) Choose your delivery address and slot. 5) Select a payment method and confirm. Your order will be confirmed instantly via SMS and email.

You can cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it if it hasn't been processed yet. To cancel, go to My Account → My Orders → Cancel Order. Once the order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. Contact our support team on 1800-XXX-XXXX for urgent modifications.

Track your order in real-time through: 1) My Account → My Orders → Track. 2) The SMS/WhatsApp tracking link sent after dispatch. 3) Our Order Tracking page using your order ID. You'll get live location of your delivery agent once out for delivery.

Delivery is FREE on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small delivery fee of ₹35 applies. Express delivery (2-4 hours) is free for orders above ₹999. Same-day delivery orders get priority processing.

100% Yes. All medicines are sourced directly from licensed manufacturers and authorised distributors. We are a CDSCO-licensed pharmacy (Lic. No: PH-MH-XXXX). Every product is verified for authenticity before dispatch. We never sell expired, counterfeit, or tampered products.

No. As per Indian pharmacy regulations, Schedule H and H1 drugs require a valid prescription from a licensed doctor. You must upload your prescription during checkout. Our pharmacist verifies it before dispensing. This is for your safety.

If a medicine is not listed, you can: 1) Use the Search bar and click "Request Medicine". 2) Contact us on WhatsApp/phone — we'll try to source it. 3) Upload your prescription and our pharmacist will arrange it. We add new products daily.

Uploading is easy: 1) Click "Upload Prescription" on the homepage or product page. 2) Take a clear photo of your prescription (all pages). 3) Upload JPEG/PNG/PDF (max 5MB). 4) Our pharmacist reviews it within 30 minutes and dispatches your order.

As per Indian law: Non-narcotic medicines (Schedule H) — prescription valid for 6 months. Narcotic/psychotropic medicines (Schedule H1/X) — valid for 30 days only. We store your uploaded prescriptions securely for easy reorders.

Absolutely. Your prescriptions and health data are encrypted and stored securely. We are HIPAA compliant and never share your data with third parties. Only our licensed pharmacists access prescription details — and only for verifying your order.

We offer three delivery options: Express (2-4 hrs) — available in metro cities, order by 8 PM. Same Day — order by 2 PM, delivered same evening. Standard (Next Day) — for all pincodes, delivered within 24-48 hours. Delivery slots can be chosen during checkout.

We deliver to 500+ cities and 20,000+ pincodes across India. Express and Same Day delivery is available in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and 40+ other major cities. Enter your PIN code on any product page to check availability.

If you miss a delivery attempt: 1) Our agent will try calling you. 2) They may leave the package with a neighbour/building security (with your consent). 3) A second delivery attempt is made the next day. 4) After 2 failed attempts, the order is returned and you'll be refunded.

We accept: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Amex), Net Banking (50+ banks), EMI (No Cost EMI on cards above ₹3,000), Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik), and Cash on Delivery (₹25 extra).

We offer a 7-day return policy for: Damaged or defective products, wrong products delivered, expired medicines. We do not accept returns for: Opened medicine strips/bottles (for hygiene/safety), temperature-sensitive products, or products without original packaging. Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispensed.

After return pickup/approval: UPI/Wallet — 1-2 business days. Credit/Debit Cards — 5-7 business days. Net Banking — 5-7 business days. Doctor Chemist Wallet — Instant. COD refunds are processed as bank transfers within 7-10 days.

To delete your account, go to Account Settings → Scroll to bottom → Delete Account. Please note: all your order history, prescriptions, and points will be permanently deleted.
